CL2004 – Indicator Codes

Function:

Tracks all indicators entered in Case History, Outcomes/Indicators, for all cases within the specified inclusion criteria.  It will designate whether the indicator is a complication, is reportable, and what the severity is. All comments, Physician, procedure, and Dx information relevant to the indicators will also be detailed.

Usage:

The report can be run based upon all indicator codes or a specified indicator type, by selected Physician ID(s), by date of service range or date(s) reported, by specified Indicator Code(s) and by complication flag (yes or no).

Sort the results by Date of Service, complication flag, reportable, Indicator Code, Indicator Type, or Physician Name.

Hints and Tips:

Indicator codes are maintained in Code Table Maintenance; in the code table designate the indicator type, whether it constitutes a complication, whether it is a reportable indicator, and the severity.

This is a detailed report showing relevant case information where Indicator Codes have been entered.  For a summary of indicators, run the CL2008 - Indicators and Outcomes Summary
