CL2008 - Indicators and Outcomes Summary

Function:

Summary of the indicators entered in Case History, Outcomes/Indicators, for all cases within the specified inclusion criteria. This report will show percent of occurrence for each indicator code to total occurrences.

 

Usage:

Run the report based on selected Physician ID(s), by date of service range or date(s) reported, individual Indicator Type, by complication flag (yes or no), reportable flag (yes or no), or by selected Indicator Code(s).

Sort the results by Indicator Type or Indicator Code.  Include canceled cases if applicable.

 

Hints and Tips:

If the report is limited by physician the sum of the Physician cases will not equal the Grand total cases.  Grand Total is the total number of cases for the facility for the reporting period.

Indicator codes are maintained in Code Table Maintenance; in the code table, designate the indicator type, whether it constitutes a complication, whether it is a reportable indicator, and the severity.
