CL2012 - Visit G Codes

Function:

Listing of the G Codes entered in Case History, Clinical Log, for all cases within the specified date range.  A grand total grouped by G Code is included.

 

Usage:

Enter the desired scheduled date range.  Filter by specified CPT Code(s) if applicable.

Sort the results by G Code or Date of Service.

Sort the Grand Totals by G Code, Count descending or Count ascending.

Group by None, G Code, Admit Date or Primary Payer.
