CT6021 - Multi-Factor Authentication History
Function:
This report provides a history of when MFA One Time Passcodes were generated, for which users and if they were ever used.
Usage:

Each row in this report represents a One Time Passcode that was generated for the associated user and indicates what happened to that code and when. The code is not visible.

This report can be generated for audit purposes by Code Create Date, Code Change Date. It can also be filtered by Code Status and User ID.

This report can be sorted by Code Create Date, Code Change Date, User ID or Code Status

Group options are None, Record Create Date, Record Change Date, User ID, Code Status

By default this report excludes Inactive users, but they can be included in necessary.
Tips and Tricks:

Try running this report for a user for a given period of time to see if they had any issues logging in.

Any column with the word "Current" in the column header indicates these items are stored at the User Profile and are current as of report generation.

There are 4 statuses that a Generated Code can have:

Active - has been generated but not yet used or expired.

Expired - has expired without being used.
-
Successfully Used - was successfully used to authenticate.
-
Too Many Attempts - indicates this was the code that caused the account to become locked.
