Case History has 3 sub forms:  

Clinical Log

Supply Used

Implant Log

The information captured on this form is valuable for determining the average length of time, as well as the actual cost, of a procedure as performed by a specific physician. It is further broken down into critical areas of the patient care process.  

 

Overview Notes:

All relevant clinical data will be entered here including: in and out times, discharge data, op report/medical record completion, diagnosis codes (including pre-op or admitting diagnosis, G Codes (for benchmarking purposes), supplies used, and implant records.

To navigate between the three major areas of Case History (Clinical Log, Supply Used and Implant Log), use either the shortcuts on the grey task bar or use the blue arrows to move between the categories for this patient.
