Holidays

Enter the holidays observed by the center. Any date entered will block out the entire day from the Appointment Sheet with an appropriate notation (“Thanksgiving Holiday”). Non-holiday “blackout” dates on which the entire center is closed or ineligible for case appointments can also be entered here.

 

NOTE: When creating block templates, any dates entered here will be skipped so that days the center is closed do not effect the physicians' block time utilization.

 

The dates can be changed each year to reflect the holidays for that year, or additional dates can be added.
