IV4021 - Physician Preference Card

Function:

Basic information on the Physician Preference Card.  Includes general information, procedure comments and items.  Prints a new page for each Preference Card if multiple cards selected.

 

Usage:

• Narrow results by filtering for Physician ID(s), Procedure(s) and/or status of the card.
• Sorting and Grouping on this report are based on the item pick list from the preference card.
• Sort by Item Description or Catalog Number.
• Group item results by Preference Card Group (on the Preference Card Supply Items), Item Category or Item Location.
