Locations

Administration > Payer > Configuration

Locations is the tab on which insurance claims addresses and phone and fax numbers are entered. Multiple addresses can be entered and will show in the Locations grid on the left.

Add Location

  • Enter the Payer Code or use the magnifying glass https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Lookup_icon.jpg to search by Name or Payer Code.
  •  Click on the Locations tab.
  • Click  https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/New_subrecord.jpg (New Address) in the Sub Form Toolbar.
  •  Enter the Address, Contact Person and (if required) Medigap Number.
  • Complete addresses and telephone contact numbers as needed for this payer location.
  •  Click https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Save.jpg Save in the Main Form Toolbar.

 

Edit / Maintain Location

  • Enter the Payer Code or use the magnifying glass https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Lookup_icon.jpg to search by Name or Payer Code.
  • Double click on the address to be edited in the Location grid to open in the form.
  •  Make required changes.
  •  Click https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Save.jpg Save in the Main Form Toolbar.

 

Delete Location

  • Enter the Payer Code or use the magnifying glass https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Lookup_icon.jpg to search by Name or Payer Code.
  • Double click on the address to be deleted in the Location grid to open in the form.
  • Click https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Delete_subrecord.jpg (Delete) in the Sub Form Toolbar.
  • Click https://demo.hstpathways.com/HstAscWebServiceWCF/Help/Images/Save.jpg Save in the Main Form Toolbar.
