SC1014 - Appointment Schedule Additional ID 1

Function:

This report is much similar to the report SC1003 Center Appointment Schedule this report will show any data entered into or populating the Additional ID field in Registration > Demographics > Basic Information Tab

Note: Report only shows data in Additional ID 1 NOT Additional ID 2

 

Usage:

• Enter the desired scheduled date range; select specific room(s) or physician ID(s).
• Group by room with no page breaks, or by Room with a page break between each room.
• Patient Account Names can be removed by selecting the De-Identify check box.
