Once a user has logged into HST Practice Management, select an area of the application to work in from the HST Practice Management Main Menu (shown below).  

In the image below, we are selecting to work in Administration, and open the Physician Profile form.

 

Since all forms can be accessed from the Main Menu, the navigation to each form will be described in a simple manner.  

For example, to access the Physician Profile form:

Administration > Physician > Profile
