Once a patient has been scheduled, the Registration container can be accessed multiple ways to complete this information. Registration can be accessed via the Case menu or the quick launch icon seen above, by right clicking on the patient's appointment on the Appointment Sheet and selecting Registration, or by clicking once on the appointment to highlight then selecting Registration from the grey navigation bar at the bottom of the form.
If the Appointment Sheet options are utilized to open Registration, the form will open on the patient selected. Otherwise, the Tree View on the left allows quick navigation through scheduled cases without having to look them up individually. Service dates will default to current date but can be edited to select a range up to 60 days. Once populated, simply open a date by clicking on the or double-click the date to see which patients are available for registration. To include canceled visits for which the visit information was retained, check the Cancelled Visits? check box. These visits will appear in blue.
Double-click on the patient's name to complete their registration. Registration is comprised of 3 forms:

Best Practice
It is recommended that as much of the patient information as possible is obtained and recorded prior to the scheduled procedure date. This allows patient care to be the focus on the day of the procedure.
